Today we went for our ultrasound to weigh the baby. My doctor was worried that he was measuring two weeks too small. However, the ultrasound tech. said he was a perfectly healthy baby and that if he came out today, he would be just fine. She said that right now he is weighing about 5lb 14oz and that he will gain 1/2 lb a week from here on out (on average). So that hopefully means I will not be having a 10 lb baby! She thinks he will be in the 8's somewhere, so that is a good number for me :) What a relief though! We are so happy that nothing is wrong. I also went to a LeLeche League meeting last night and I learned a lot about breastfeeding and labor and delivery. I am so glad that I went. 5 weeks from tomorrow! Ahhhhh!Here is a video of my belly moving. I hope you can tell that he is kicking! I was trying to keep the camera real still.

AWWWWW....you look SOOOO cute!! your belly is HUGE, but in a good way, a CUTE BIG, hehe. Constance was 7.15. my friend who is like 5 ft and a stick figure had a 9.5lb baby!!!! heheh. the dr. thought C was only going to be 6.5 and she wasn't!! hahah. I can't believe you're almost done?! it seems like you just told me you were preggo!! I can't wait to see your little man :O) I had a good and bad experience with LLL. in NC is was GREAT, like a support group, then I went to one here in IL and it was HORRIBLE, the lady just talked the WHOLE time about breastfeeding, wasn't helping ANYONE. so it's like hit or miss. I'm glad you went though. You learn everything through experience.
That belly moving video almost makes me want to have another one in mine....almost! After having three, I think I like just watching your belly better! Luv ya!
Cool! I tried to video Ty moving in my belly, and everytime I tried, he'd stop moving! The little stinker! Almost there...how exciting! I will call you about getting together!
I miss that. The doctors are almost ALWAYS wrong on the weight. Alex was suppose to be 6lbs and was over 8. Erich was suppose to only 5 and he was bigger then Alex and Summer was suppose to 8 and she only weighed 6lbs (i think, I forgot already.
