Okay, how did this happen? My little teanie baby bear turned 4 months old this past week! Even with all the other craziness going on, we managed to sneak in an at-home photo shoot. Here are some of my fav's :)
. . .and fingers
Caleb has a little monkey binkie that Seth's aunt Sharon
sent him and it has become his absolute favorite thing!
Of course, he usually doesn't wear it on his head ;)
This is the new thing to do. Put the sign in front of his face.
I made him this little onesie with his name on it.
I have been wanting to since he was born and
finally decided to make myself do it!
Laughing as he falls over :)
Also! Most of you are going to think I am crazy, but I decided to give cloth diapers a go. I purchased this super cute diaper cover on etsy, here (or click on the picture and it will take you to the etsy shop).
I spent more than what I planned on but only because I will be able to use this as an outfit bottom with a little white T-shirt for him. So it is like a diaper/outfit. Plus, if the trial run of cloth diapers doesn't work out, I won't have lost my money completely :) Now I am trying to figure out the best way to make my own (I know,I am super crazy, I know!) Seth isn't really crazy about this idea just because he thinks it will be way too messy and he knows that I like to get ideas, spend money on trying them out and then forget about them because I discovered a new idea. . .oops. After I realized though that I change the majority of the diapers, I talked him into giving it a try. It will save us money, but is it worth the trouble? We will find out! If any of you use cloth diapers, please give me any and all tips!

I love this fabric. It's called "Zoo".

Meghan Coates/now Morrison uses them -- I think, or at least she used to. Four very young kids are hard to handle. I think she'd have some input, if you wanted to ask her, too.
My friend, Heather, uses them for her five month old, Parker. They seem to work great for her! I do know that at night time she uses disposables. I think her reasoning is that disposables at night are easier and help her get more sleep (which you know is so important when you're still nursing and getting up at night). Good luck!
you think you can make a onesie that says Constace? hahah, it might be a little big, LOL.
He's such a little cutie!!!
I'm really late on this, but I just found your blog (via Officer Families website.) I have been using cloth for all of my children and it really is easy. You just need to experiment to find what diapers work best for you. There are so many different types and they each fit differently. If you find the right ones you'll find that it's great!
